Wearing a total of 150 swarovski red crystals on her pout, Katy Perry is clearly living every girls dream. What girl wouldn’t want to be on the cover of Harper’s Bazaar with an encrusted glittery lip? I would!! And I’m excited to get this December copy in my hands! Although I wish I was one of the few lucky fashion insiders who will actually be receiving a copy that has real swarovski crystals on the cover. GLAMOROUS!
